Huntshaw Barton is a 10th century, historic Grade II listed manor farmhouse surrounded by six acres with spectacular views over countryside and woodland. 2012 marks our twelfth year in B&B. Everyone is made to feel truly welcome & our repeat bookings we value highly.

There are two spacious, south facing, en-suite bedrooms ( centrally heated) in the main house with either comfy arm chairs or sofa and are accessed by a private staircase. Well behaved dogs welcome at prior notice & at a small extra charge. Unfortunately we do not accept children for B&B or in Primrose Cottage. Breakfasts are aga cooked using local produce (vegetarian dishes available) & fresh eggs from our free range hens.

 We are also delighted to offer our quaint Primrose Cottage,( within the grounds) a two bed roomed  self-catering cottage we restored in 2004. (sleeps 4) & awarded 4 stars from Visit Britain. Each principle room has stunning views. Well behaved dogs welcome at prior notice at a charge of £2.50 per dog per day. The cottage is equipped to the highest standard & open all year round ( all rooms central heated). A Devon cream tea is served on arrival.

  The private courtyard provides free & ample off road parking for B&B and Primrose Cottage. All guests are invited to enjoy our pretty cottage garden which leads out on to the wandering country lanes of Huntshaw.
